1 / Duration of Stay

 

The Guest signing this contract - concluded for a specified period - may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises beyond 10:30 AM, on the day of departure.

 

2 / Booking Process

 

After receiving your reservation, we send you by email - or, failing email address, by mail - a booking contract to complete and sign, inviting you to settle within  a maximum of 8 days, a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay.

 

Once received the booking contract and this deposit, the reservation becomes firm.

 

With the deposit payment, you signify your full agreement with the terms and conditions of sale specified below. Please note that without your adherence in the booking contract and without the payment of the deposit within the given deadline, subject to collection, the reservation will not be confirmed and we therefore reserve the right to re-let the Cocoon Suite.

 

3 / Cancellation or Modification by the Guest and Refund of the Deposit

 

Any modification or cancellation is possible only after the agreement of the Owners of Le Clos Cosy, it must be immediatly notified by a phone call (+33 (0)6.27.30.34.30 or +33 (0)7.86.80.95.98), followed by sending an email stating your contact informations and dates of your stay (contact@lecloscosy.fr). Any modification or cancellation could lead in additional charges.

We would like to inform you that in case of cancellation before arrival, a fixed compensation will be payable by the customer, as an irreducible and contractual penalty clause. It will be calculated as follows :

 

- For cancellation received 30 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.

- If cancellation is submitted less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained by Owners.

- In the event of an early departure, the total for the entire booked stay is due to the Owners of Le Clos Cosy.

- In high season (July and August), any cancellation less than 8 days before arrival date will result in the settlement of the whole stay.

- In low and mid-season (the rest of the year), any cancellation less than 4 days before arrival will result in the settlement of the whole stay.

 

4 / Cancellation of Stay By Owners

 

If the Owners are forced to cancel the reservation for any reason before the start of the stay, they must inform the Guest immediately by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Any amounts already paid by the Guest will then be immediately refunded in full, and they will also receive compensation amounting to the penalty they would have been required to pay had they cancelled the stay on the same date.

 

5 / Arrival Times

 

The Guest must arrive between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the day specified in the booking. In the case of a late or deferred arrival, the Guest must inform the owners of Le Clos Cosy beforehand.

 

6 / Departure Time

 

Departures are accepted up to 10:30 AM, at the latest.

 

7 / Payment of the Accommodation Balance

 

The accommodation balance must be paid upon arrival. All extra charges will be billed upon your departure. 

 

8 / Use of the Permises

 

To ensure quiet premises and the comfort for all, everyone is required to adhere to a “code of behaviour”. In particular, It is requested not to smoke inside house. Ashtrays are available outside.

 

For hygienical reasons, pets are not allowed at Le Clos Cosy. In case of infringement with this clause by the Guest, the Owners will be entitled to refuse the animal(s). This refusal may in no circumstances be considered as a modification or cancelation of the contract by owners, so that in case of guest's departure, no refund could be considered.

 

Le Clos Cosy is not accessible, at the moment, to persons with reduced mobility.

 

The booking contract will be established for a specific number of participants. If the number of Guests exceeds this number, Le Cosy Closy’Owners will be entitled to refuse the additional Guests. This refusal may in no circumstances be considered as a modification or cancelation of the contract by Owners, so that in case of starting of a greater number of Guests than those refused, no refund could be considered.

 

Guests undertake to leave the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay, and to systematically report - and cover the costs of - any damage for which they are responsible.

 

Guests' attention is drawn to the fact that any minors playing on the premises are the sole and full responsibility of their parents or adults having control over them.

 

Le Clos Cosy accepts no liability in the event of any loss, theft, damage or injury incurred to belongings and/or people on the property, regardless of the cause.

 

9 / Use of the Gift Voucher

 

Our gift vouchers can be used only once and are valid for one year from their date of issue.

 

In case of non-use / loss / destruction of your gift voucher, neither the buyer nor the beneficiary can not claim a refund or any compensation.

 

The beneficiary of the gift voucher must present himself on the fixed date. In case of no show, the voucher will be lost and will not be used on a later date.

 

We does not take over the transporting to Le Clos Cosy.

 

10 / French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law

 

In accordance with the French Act no. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 covering information technology, files and civil liberties, you are entitled to access and rectify any data pertaining to you. We undertake not to pass the information you have communicated to us on to any other companies or organisations under any circumstances.
