Availability and Rates

 Of the Cocoon Suite...

If on certain dates, there are no rates in our calendar,

this means that the Cocoon Suite is no longer available.

Further information :

  • Le Clos Cosy is open all year round.
  • The prices in our availability calendar are per night, based on two participants.
  • Beyond 2 participants, the rate for additional guests (up to 2 people + 1 baby) will be:                        Over 12 : 18€ / Child under 12 : 10€ / Baby (under 3): Free
  • Breakfasts and Tourist Taxes are included in our rates.
  • Bed linen and Towels are provided.
  • We provide you with : mini fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. But also with : numerous documents, maps and tourist guides of the main attractions of the Black Perigord and Quercy, and some board games and outdoor games (soccer ball, bocce balls, badminton, frisbee, skipping rope…).
  • Payment can be made by cash, French check (only) or money transfer to our bank account (please enquire for details). We are not equipped to receive payments by credit card.
  • For any booking, we will request you to complete and sign a reservation contract, that you will receive by email after having contacted us.The completed contract needs to be returned to us with a 30% of the total price of your  stay (payable by check or bank transfer). The balance will be payable upon arrival.
